was happy to be back in track =)
went wif helmi, sebastian & jamie
start training at about 2pm den end at about 4pm
so go makan at CCK den off back home
tired sia
but overall was good
I wanna train back my stamina
cause long time nv train already ma so body system is "DOWN"
