went for kayaking 1 star course today at macritchie reservoir
wake up 7am
den bath, pack bag den off i go to meet erna, haniff & sebastian
was very excited today sia
over all is very fun & i enjoy it alot

so didn't enter the class as the door is lock so we can't go in
so we head down to canteen

Today class start at 10am, ms carin lesson
but there is a talk about stress
so after tat lesson start at about 11+
den lesson end at 12+
after tat talk to ms carin about my problem
lucky she understand my problem
so now i really hope tat she will help me solve my problem
cause i dun wanna live tis kind of life anymore
is so stressful!

Went to JP after tat to jalan jalan
Stay there for awhile den take bus to woodland
den jalan jalan again at causeway point
den head back home

Dear sleep the whole day sia
cause call him alot of time and he always sleep

cause mr azlan say tat those who haven do the coaching presentation den must go sch
if not is a OFF DAY for us!

cause give us off day for the camp

the 2 day 1 night family camp was okok la
make new friends as in the new intake ppl

nothing much to do there also
so kinda boring there

But at least i get to release stress there
cause i am really too stress up!
thanz dear, arifah, fieza, mizi, kak pa, azy for being there for me when i am down
thanz alot!
but i really wann say a BIG thanz to ARIFAH
cause she was always been there for me and also help me talk to my dear to ask him to understand me and support me
she is really a nice & good friend of mine.
i am very happy to know her!
